A quick glance at your equipment list seems like you know something about "boycotting" Sundown.

Sundown not only has been over charging for their 3k they have been doing so knowing it's numbers were sketchy (at best). As a long time customer, I will never own another Sundown product again. Truth and Integrity matters!

Source a random "retail" unit for the re-test. Zapco sending a specific unit will not calm peoples nerves regardless of the result.

How about taking BigD at his word, saying thank you for the test and moving on. It's somewhat understandable that he might want to re-test the Sundown (for comparison) but to then send it to Ryan for confirmation? If you don't trust the person doing the test don't watch the video's and/or...
