Does anyone know the max safe continuous current draw for an Alpine CDE-9870 remote turn on wire? This spec is not in the manual and apparently it's impossible to contact Alpine unless you're a dealer.

I want to connect a single amp and a single fan (0.19A) to my remote wire, as long as it's safe. I'd like to avoid using a relay if possible.

Also, if a relay is used, then the power to the fan and the amp's remote turn on circuitry will be coming directly from the + batt terminal, which probably measures somewhere around 15v when the car is running. Is that voltage not too high for a 12v fan and for switching on an amp?
