Hello my name is Tyler Lloyd I have a 2002 Arorua Oldsmobile 3.5 With Bose my battery was draining and a mechanic said my amp was draining my battery when my car turned off but it is a factory amp ? I don't understand how can I fix this ?

Don't expect to have much help in the classifieds.?

If he's a 100% sure it's the amp; just pick one up in a junkyard and switch it.

No need to bypass the amp. Most use an LOC that takes the full amped signal and turns it into a flat RCA level signal. Here is the newest I have...

It would also be easy to add an equalizer to have individual rca inputs for all of the channels. A decent one can be had for less than $40...
