What type of resin are people using to coat entire inside of box? Lowe's or Home Depot needs to have.
it lowers the resonance, strengthens it and seales it. wood is pourious reguardless.. ive put up better numbers by just doing two coats of resinwhat is the purpose other than wasting time and $$$$.....
Caulk to seal the joints if your cuts are off......wax if you want a slippery surface. If you need strength then add bracing as resin does nothing to make a box stronger unless you use fiberglass mat and that won't be fun....

.2 heheWhat did U gain .01db..... Resin isn't worth it.
the less resistance the more linear the pressure in a system. we can argue all day. one thing i do for a living is pneumatics.unless it is an all out spl big build not really worth the time or money. Same with 45s. You can gain or drop on the meter because of them.
